Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Tech savvy, able to troubleshoot any computer peripherals
- Answering customer questions to learn about their situation
- Asking questions to get a better idea of what might be wrong
- Schedule flexibility
- Updates required performance trackers on a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Good troubleshooting/research skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and very thorough
- Comfortable with Windows applications, Spreadsheets, etc.
- Good communication skills and smart
- Can type at least 40wpm
- Can work with less supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
