Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Credit Control Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Credit Control Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the credit and collections processes of our organization. Your main tasks will include reconciling accounts, investigating discrepancies, establishing credit limits, and implementing effective credit control procedures. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers to resolve any outstanding issues and ensure timely payments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in credit control and a thorough understanding of financial processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are also a must for this role. Additionally, proficiency in using credit control software and strong analytical abilities are highly desirable.
