Job Description
Are you a highly organized individual with a strong analytical mindset? We are currently seeking a Capacity Planning and Scheduling Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing operational efficiency by analyzing and forecasting resource needs. You will work closely with various teams to identify capacity requirements, develop scheduling strategies, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze historical data to identify patterns and trends related to capacity utilization
- Forecast future resource requirements based on business projections and growth plans
- Collaborate with department managers to understand project timelines and resource needs
- Develop and implement scheduling strategies to ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to improve capacity planning
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven experience in capacity planning and scheduling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in utilizing scheduling software and advanced Excel functions
