Job Description
As a Finance Assistant at Entravision, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team in various accounting activities. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Performing data entry tasks, such as inputting invoices and expense reports into the system
- Reconciling bank statements and invoices to ensure accuracy
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Participating in financial audits and preparing necessary documentation
- Providing support for accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
To excel in this role, you should have a keen attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and be proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel. A degree in finance or a related field is preferred, but not required.
