Job Description:
- Engagement/LOB: Financial Account – Collections
- Education: College degree, preferably in Finance
- Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in financial accounts/fraud/collections in the BPO industry
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership role supporting voice, inbound call-taking agents
- Other Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php40,00.00 – Php65,00.00 per month
