Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform systems administration tasks such as:
a. Database Administration
b. Access activation and deactivation
c. System usage assessment
d. Issue Escalation
e. Documentation of issue resolution
- Assist management, in particular, department heads, in determining system specifications and reporting requirements, including financial statement generation.
- Report periodically to the Department Head on the status of DMS implementation, usage, issues, and concerns.
- Supervise troubleshooting of system errors by system coordinators and escalate to system providers when necessary.
- Coordinate and prioritize activities, monitor system timelines and milestones, and ensure stakeholders are informed.
- Maintain close contact with department champions, keeping them informed about system issues, versions, and updates.
- Disseminate system updates to end users, including training schedules and system enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Management
- At least 1 year of experience in IT-related functions, IT system implementation, or ERP-related functions
- Background in accounting/finance is an advantage
