Job Description
Directly reporting to the General Ledger Supervisor. He or she will be responsible for the daily cash operational transaction of all branches making sure that there will be no shortage or discrepancy in sales.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring all regular accounting processes such as A/P and Journal Entries and monthly closure of accounts.
- Organizes all company financial programs and ensures compliance with budgetary requirements.
- Analyzes and forecasts financial requirements.
- Monitors and implements all accounts payable check activation
- Assist and monitors account reconciliation process.
- Administers all bank transactions and oversees data recording procedures.
- Provides support to audit as necessary.
- Prepares, analyzes journal entries, general ledger accounts regularly.
- Develops budgetary plans for processes as per requirement.
- Collates and reviews bank statements on a monthly basis.
- Designs and prepares audit schedules for external audit processors.
- Provides support to safekeeping of internal expenses in the company.
- Monitors account reconciliation, tax and calculations inclusive of cost accounting.
