Job Description
- Provide first-rate know-how and case determination on the subject of plan coverage and accounts
- Adhere to written-up guidelines by consumers in controlling users
- Answer individual inquiries, as well as consult individuals to obtain full knowledge of what information is being asked for
- Monitor Phone Checking for answers from management company so call returns are done in a timely way
- Follow-up with users within a 24-hour interval regarding the initial telephone call up, even if it is just to touch base and let the consumer know the request is still being looked into
