Job Description
An ICT Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining an organization’s information and communication technology systems. They are tasked with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, as well as monitoring system performance and ensuring data security. Additionally, an ICT Specialist may be involved in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, conducting system audits, and collaborating with other departments to identify and address technology needs. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise in various ICT areas, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
