Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year BPO experience
- Must be willing to work onsite (MOA) and be amenable to shifting schedules.
- Good listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be willing to work immediately.
- Willing to work onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail.
- Assisting customers by responding to their questions.
- Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner.
- Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer.
- Providing excellent customer service 24/7.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php23,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month
