Job Description
We are currently seeking a customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Chat Support Online Assistant. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and assisting them with their travel plans.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services based on customer preferences and budget.
- Share detailed travel information, including flight schedules, layovers, and travel restrictions.
- Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and handle refunds when necessary.
- Support customers with changes to travel plans, rebooking flights, and modifying reservations.
- Offer and explain travel insurance options, including coverage details.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: Up to Php25,00.00 per month
