Job Description
- Coordination with consultants, mall/building admins, contractors, lessors, and other utility services.
- Checking on contractors’ work progress and verify that all contract documents were complied, and summitted.
- Manage and submit all reviewed contract documents for further approval of the upper management.
- Perform inspection and prepare documents for entire contract work projects.
- Schedule appointments and update event calendars; Arrange meetings; Prepare minutes or summaries for meetings attended.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence; keep email lists updated; and deliver information to internal/external clients.
- Other work tasks that may be allocated from time to time.
