Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services.
- Record and maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the company’s database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate problems as needed.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and policies to effectively communicate information to customers.
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent (ALS graduates welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
