Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and implements short-term sales plans and programs and ensures the achievement and over-achievement of sales revenue and profit objectives versus target.
- Develops and implements efficient and effective sales management processes to ensure that sales results are monitored, analyzed and reported on a timely and accurate basis.
- Develops plans and schedules and implements effective and cost-efficient sales generating campaigns and activities such as but not limited to saturation drive, exhibits and trade fair, mall exhibits, site manning, corporate presentations, and open houses.
- Develops and implements sales dashboard and measures key sales and revenue growth parameters and indicators as a basis for tracking sales performance and identifying weak areas for improvements.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any business course.
- Preferably licensed real estate broker.
- Minimum 2 years experienced in Sales supervisory in sales operations.
- Excellent people skills.
- Experienced in the real estate industry.
