Job Description
Support tactical purchasing activities and execute transactional tasks.
Execute transactional tasks according to the assigned Plant(s) being supported by GBS Manila.
Convert purchase requisitions to purchase orders and ensure completion of the purchasing cycle up to closing of POs. Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
Follow up with the suppliers, as needed to confirm or change orders.
Liaise with requestors, accounts payable associates, and/or warehouse staff to ensure completion of the PO cycle from creation to closing.
Requires minimal involvement in the post-purchase activity such as GR-IR resolutions.
