Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Ground Maintenance Supervisor. As a Ground Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and landscaping activities for our organization’s grounds and facilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of groundskeepers and maintenance staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the proper care and maintenance of grounds and equipment.
- Monitor and inspect grounds and facilities regularly to identify areas requiring maintenance or improvement.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance projects.
- Operate and maintain various groundskeeping equipment and tools.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and groundskeeping equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
