Overview

Partnership and Growth Supervisor shall be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy. They will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion. They will also be assigned to build the organizational network through strong project planning and initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Public Relations:

• Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance the organization’s reputation and visibility.
• Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Draft and distribute press releases, articles, and other media communications.
• Monitor media coverage and track PR performance.

Partnership Development:

• Identify, approach, and build partnerships with like-minded organizations, businesses, and influencers.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefit.
• Collaborate with partners on joint campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Event Planning and Execution:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute various events, including product launches, conferences, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Manage event budgets, logistics, and timelines.
• Oversee event promotion and marketing efforts to maximize attendance.

Affiliate Management:

• Develop and manage an affiliate marketing program to expand brand reach and drive revenue growth.
• Recruit and nurture relationships with affiliate partners, providing them with marketing materials and support.
• Track affiliate performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for maximum results.

Networking:

• Attend industry-related events, conferences, and meetings to network and explore partnership opportunities.
• Represent the organization professionally and build relationships within the community.

Performance Analysis:

• Evaluate the success of PR campaigns, partnerships, and events through metrics such as media coverage, audience engagement, and ROI.
• Provide reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
