Responsible for the production of safe and quality Halal food products;
Clean work areas and equipment;
Weighing and measuring ingredients, in-process goods and finished goods;
Provides assistance in ensuring compliance with Halal Food Safety and Management System;
Advise the company on Halal food matters as well as cultural and religious sensitivities relating to them.
Person Specification”
Muslim;
Male/Female;
At least High School graduate;
Willing to undergo Halal Training;
Willing to learn and participate from the start to the end of finishing product to ensure meeting quality standards;
Knowledge in Halal food preparation is an advantage.
