Job Description
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. As a Customer Service Agent, your primary role will be to assist customers with their inquiries, provide solutions to any issues they may have, and ensure they have a positive experience with our company.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound customer calls and emails
- Providing accurate and efficient assistance to customers
- Resolving customer complaints or issues
- Updating customer information in the database
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
