Job Description
As a Service Crew, you will play an essential role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting and seating customers, taking their orders, serving food and beverages, and handling cash transactions.
You will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, following food safety and hygiene standards, and handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally are also part of the job.
Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, but we are open to training candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and work well in a team is crucial.
