Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our customers. Your main duties will include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring software and hardware, and providing training and guidance to clients.
To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Installing and configuring software and hardware.
- Performing preventative maintenance procedures.
- Providing training and guidance to clients.
To be considered for this position, you should have a degree or certification in a relevant field, such as information technology or computer science. Previous experience in a technical service role is preferred.
