Job Description

The Growth Associate is responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention while managing various aspects of sales and customer success expansion.

Key roles include:

• Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying leads through targeted marketing efforts and outreach campaigns.
• Inbound and Outbound Sales: Engaging with prospects through both inbound leads and outbound sales efforts to convert leads into customers.
• Creating Sales Materials: Developing sales collateral, presentations, and documentation to support the sales process and enhance customer understanding.
• Client Handling: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance throughout the sales cycle.
• Customer Success: Ensuring customer satisfaction and success by understanding their needs, providing support, and facilitating product adoption.
• Customer Support: Offering timely and effective support to customers, resolving issues, and serving as a point of contact for troubleshooting and guidance.
• Analyzing User Data: Leveraging data analytics to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and trends, informing decision-making and strategy development.
• Collaborating Across Teams: Working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align strategies and achieve growth objectives.
