SUMMARY:

• Responsible for effectively managing inventory, coordinating logistics operations, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the efficient flow of goods and services throughout the supply chain. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Inventory Management:

• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs.
• Conduct regular stock assessments and implement strategies to prevent stockout or overstock situations.

2. Logistic Coordination:

• Collaborate closely with logistics partners to optimize transportation and distribution processes.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.

3. Supplier Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics operations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Willing to be assigned at Glacier Amvel, Parañaque City.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php24,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

Experience:

• Supply Chain Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Parañaque City (Required)
