We are looking for a motivated, positive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk who will be responsible for processing Invoice and Credit Card transactions as well as other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day processing of all Payables invoices and credit card invoices.
- Deal with credit card holders and follow up on any missing information or receipts.
- Input all invoices and corresponding accounts payable data into the accounting software.
- Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices.
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare daily journal entries.
- Maintain all vendor accounts in the accounting software by working with vendors and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information.
- Ad Hoc projects as needed.
- Other financial and Ad Hoc tasks as they arise.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- At least 3 years of payables experience.
- Knowledge of accounting software.
- Excellent English skills — written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Strong sense of professionalism and organization with a high degree of attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php35,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
