Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Care Specialist at our company 2GO Sea Solutions. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer issues.
Your primary tasks will include answering customer calls and emails, assessing customer needs, and providing appropriate solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
