Job Description
– Develops and maintains effective service processes and standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Implements annual Service Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives.
– Takes the lead in developing all service personnel to become experts in the field.
– Responsible for all field personnel, materials, profit and loss, project performance, safety within and in conjunction with the operations of the business unit.
– Develops maintenance programs applicable for different types of equipment and facility and presents them to customers.
– Performs customer engagement activities and finds ways to increase the quality of customer service.
– Ensures that the Service Department is equipped with the necessary tools and service equipment is available and maintained in good working order.
– Manages dispatch procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and proficient, effective communications with field personnel.
– Recruits, trains, mentors, and develops staff.
