Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Counsel to join our team. As a Corporate Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal analysis, advice, and support to our organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing and negotiating various contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Providing legal advice to the management team on a wide range of legal matters.
- Handling legal disputes and assisting in the resolution of litigation cases.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conducting legal research and staying updated on legal developments.
Requirements:
- A law degree from a reputable university.
- Proven experience as a corporate counsel or in a similar legal role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
