Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly driven and analytical professional to join our team as a Commercial Real Estate Acquisition and Asset Management Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough market research, financial analysis, and due diligence assessments to identify potential investment opportunities in the commercial real estate sector.
As an Analyst, you will play a vital role in assisting the senior management team with the evaluation of properties, including underwriting potential acquisitions, analyzing financial models, and conducting risk assessments. Additionally, you will be actively involved in the management and optimization of the company’s existing real estate portfolio, including analyzing market trends, property performance, and recommending strategic asset management strategies.
