Job Description
· Responsible for researching, developing, and communicating strategic marketing plans to meet the company’s goals.
· Responsible for setting objectives to create profitable and concerted marketing strategies for the company and its clients.
· Design marketing campaigns and spearhead market research.
· Forecasts market trends.
· Serves as a market “expert” with extensive detailed knowledge of the macro and micro factors affecting the market.
· Responsible for managing the production of all local research reports and collateral, expanding, and improving the research platform, program, and output.
· Maintains statistics and analysis for the local current market.
· Presents compelling trends and analysis to internal teams on a regular basis.
· Responsible for analyzing and creating reports on the local market and regional economy with respect to statistics, major company activities, industry trends, and demographics that affect the local market.
· Prepares and presents reports to executives and committees.
· Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
