Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Service Delivery Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of service delivery professionals, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in service delivery management, with strong leadership and organizational skills. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of service delivery professionals to meet client requirements
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback as necessary
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and quality service delivery
