Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist located in Makati. The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing and selling commercial and residential properties. Their day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, and conducting sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.
Qualifications
- Fresh Graduates with no experience are welcome
- At least 72 units / Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related course
- Excellent networking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of commercial and/or residential real estate (optional)
