Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the processing of vital Human Resources documents
- Process documents and ensure compliance in the administration of company and government mandated benefits
- Attend to employee inquiries and concerns to ensure that all Compensation & Benefits services are delivered seamlessly to all employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or background in Human Resource, Compensation Benefits or any related field
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality
- Proficient in creating reports and MS Office
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules (including night shift, weekends, and holidays)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
