Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Architect Lead – Robotics to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Architect Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of robotic systems within our organization.
In this role, you will participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to deploying and maintaining robotic solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design efficient solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of technical architects and engineers in developing robotic solutions.
- Design and implement robotics systems to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in robotics development.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to team members to enhance their technical skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect Lead in robotics.
- Strong knowledge of robotics frameworks and software development methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
