Job Description
Monroe Consulting Phils., Inc. is currently hiring for the position of Process/Finance Master Data Manager. As the Process/Finance Master Data Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the master data system for all finance-related processes within the organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining data governance policies and procedures
- Leading a team of data analysts in maintaining data quality and accuracy
- Developing and implementing data validation rules and workflows
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data requirements and ensure data integrity in finance processes
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices
To qualify for this position, you should have a strong background in finance and extensive experience in managing master data systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
