Job Description
A Security GRC Manager is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the security governance, risk management, and compliance activities.
As a Security GRC Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the information security policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. You will conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Furthermore, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure the implementation and enforcement of security controls, as well as provide guidance and training to employees on security practices. You will also be responsible for monitoring and responding to security incidents, conducting investigations, and preparing incident response plans.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in security governance, risk management, and compliance. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities.
