Job Description
As an After Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all after-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary role will be to develop and implement strategies that enhance the after-sales experience and improve customer retention.
As part of your job responsibilities, you will be required to monitor customer feedback, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement. You will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to address any customer concerns or issues promptly and efficiently.
In addition, you will be responsible for training and supervising the after-sales team to ensure they deliver excellent service and meet performance targets. You will also collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of after-sales activities.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of customer service principles. Experience in managing after-sales operations and implementing effective customer retention strategies is desirable.
