Job Description
- Develop and update an authentic and innovative Asian cuisine menu.
- Oversee the preparation of Asian dishes, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Demonstrate expertise in various Asian cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Manage kitchen operations, including staff supervision and inventory control.
- Source authentic and high-quality Asian ingredients from suppliers.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in Asian cooking methods and presentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Interact with customers to understand preferences and provide a positive dining experience.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and implement creative ideas into the menu.
- Adapt to changing menus, customer preferences, and seasonal ingredients.
