Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Technical Support professional to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and clients. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption to productivity. Additionally, you will assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems, software, and networks. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure efficient operation of systems
- Create and maintain documentation of technical procedures
