Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Learning & Development to join our growing team. As the Manager, Learning & Development, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company’s learning and development programs.

Your main duties will include conducting training needs assessments, developing training plans, and coordinating the delivery of training programs. You will also be involved in evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives and making recommendations for improvements.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles. You should be familiar with a variety of training delivery methods, such as e-learning, classroom training, and on-the-job coaching. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will be working closely with employees at all levels of the organization.

In addition, you should have a thorough understanding of talent development strategies and be able to align learning objectives with business goals. Experience in managing learning management systems and using data analytics to measure training effectiveness is highly desirable.
