Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Psychology, Business Management, Organizational Management or Accountancy
- Knowledgeable in Personnel, Human Resources, Economics and Accounting principles
- Active learner and critical thinker
- Good in written and verbal communication
- With strong personality
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but with experience is an advantage
- Willing to start immediately in Angeles City Main Office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep informed about changes in tax and deduction laws that apply to the payroll process
- Prepare and balance period-end reports, and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements
- Update and encode employee’s worked hours in preparation of thirteen (13th) month pay for field employees
- Perform such other tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
