Job Description
Possess experience in respect to architectural and Engineering design specifically on contemporary/modern design for large scale residential and commercial projects.
- With in depth experience in master planning and building construction.
- Prepare 2D and 3D presentations and engineering studies.
- Support in presentation with other departments.
- Responsible in producing architectural and engineering plans for all assigned projects, as well as plans review.
- Secure the delivery of architectural and engineering consultants, and manage billings accordingly.
- Monitor project status and conduct site inspection as necessary.
- Perform quality control/assurance in all projects and sites.
- Responsible in producing project estimates (Bill of Materials/Quantities).
- Understands and translates design intent into technical documents.
- Responsible for coordinating with engineers, suppliers and contractors the design intent of the project.
- Provide technical assistance during bidding (as owner’s representative).
- Responsible in the technical evaluation of quotations/proposals.
- Manage technical queries on sites.
- Prepares project status reports to the Design Manager.
- Represent the department in weekly site meetings.
- Inspection of actual construction and evaluate if it is according to plans and details.
- Responsible for research of existing and new materials, finishes and technologies.
