Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Center Admin to join our team. The Center Admin will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our center and ensuring smooth functioning. This position requires excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Managing center’s schedule and appointments
- Coordinating with staff and clients
- Handling phone calls and emails
- Managing center’s inventory and supplies
- Preparing reports and documents
The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
