Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and understanding business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Your main responsibilities will include gathering and documenting requirements, conducting feasibility studies, and collaborating with various stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables. You will also be responsible for conducting gap analysis, creating process maps, and generating reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Successful candidates should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, and have a good understanding of business processes and best practices. Prior experience in business analysis and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are highly desirable.
