Job Description
- Receives items from Main Office and other suppliers and verifies by checking and identifying information of items; inspecting conditions of items; comparing count/measure of items to purchase order.
- Maintains inventory by marking and placing items in stock, establishes inventory reorder points and reports items to be reordered (Replenishment Report Template).
- Inventories documents by recording additions, adjustments, pull out, and losses.
- Fills item requests by issuing/delivering items.
- Manages inventory available by inspecting items for wear and detects; completing repairs and servicing of items.
- Prepares inventory reports by using IM Tracking Report Template.
- Maintains inventory operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Prepare reports for his/her supervisor relating to the inventory balance, shortages, and defective items.
- Daily encoding of transactions, like DR (Delivery from Main), STS from Baguio (pull out), STS from branches (Baguio request) CCR to Professors & Deans, ECR to school/law offices.
- Prepare Delivery Receipt to all COD, Consignment basis clients, and all offsite selling events.
- Prepare STS (Stocks Transfer Receipt) Form from IPS (Inventory Planning) request to pull out for the requesting branch or Main Office and during 1st and 2nd sem STP for the latest school year.
- Prepare Complimentary Copies Receipt (CCR) & Evaluation Copy Receipt (ECR) for every J.O. receive from LMA and TMA.
- Prepare to Pull Out Receipt (POR) when pull out occurs to certain client/school/law office/offsite.
- Filing of documents.
