Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Support Representative. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our range of products.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide product information and assist with product inquiries.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member or support specialist.
- Create and maintain customer records and documentation of support activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product usability and reliability.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong technical aptitude, and a passion for helping customers. Previous experience in customer support or technical support is preferred.
