Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Document Controller. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all company documents in both electronic and physical formats.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure proper management and storage of documents, including filing, archiving, and retrieval.
- Develop and implement document control procedures and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive database for tracking and controlling all company documents.
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of documents, including technical drawings, reports, and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
- Manage document version control to ensure the most up-to-date documents are being used.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in document control or a related field.
- Proficient in using document control software and MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
