Job Description
We are currently looking for an Analyst for our Operational Help Desk. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our customers and internal teams in resolving technical issues related to our products and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical problems via phone, chat, or email
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, and providing timely and effective solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures
- Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring high customer satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively assisting customers and collaborating with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
