Job Description
A Key Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the relationships with key clients of a company. They are tasked with maintaining and building strong partnerships with these clients, ensuring their needs are met and creating opportunities for growth.
The main responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities and upselling products/services to existing clients.
- Understanding client needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication and negotiation skills. They should be able to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Additionally, strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
