Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Head to join our team. As the HR Head, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company’s goals. You will also be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing performance evaluations, handling employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
To excel in this role, you must have a solid background in human resources management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. You should also have a deep understanding of HR best practices and be knowledgeable about current industry trends.
