Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales department in generating leads, coordinating sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in qualifying leads and managing customer inquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and presentations.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales coordination or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
